What we collect
When you complete the questionnaire or call us, we collect the information you give us: your name, phone number, email address if you provide one, the property address, and what you tell us about the property and your situation.
We also collect standard analytics through Google Analytics 4, which includes pages viewed, approximate location derived from IP address, device and browser type, and how you reached the site. Google sets cookies to do this. You can opt out using the Google Analytics opt out browser add on.
How we use it
To evaluate the property, prepare an offer, and contact you about it. That is the whole purpose. We may also use aggregate analytics data to understand which pages are useful and improve the site.
We verify phone numbers through a third party service to reduce fraudulent and mistyped submissions. Only the phone number is sent for that check.
What we do not do
We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it with lead networks, other investors, or marketing companies. We do not add you to lists you did not ask for.
We share information only with service providers who help us operate, such as our web host, our analytics provider, and the title company or closing attorney if a transaction moves forward, and only as needed. We may also disclose information where required by law.
Calls, texts, and how to stop them
By providing your phone number you agree that we may call and text you about your property at that number, including with automated technology. Message and data rates may apply. Consent is not a condition of any purchase.
Reply STOP to any text to opt out of texts, or tell us on a call to stop calling. We will. You can also email offers@cashhomebuyersky.com at any time to have your information deleted from our records.
Retention, security, and children
We keep submission records as long as needed for the transaction and our business records. Our site uses HTTPS and credentials for third party services are stored outside the public web directory.
No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. This site is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their information.
Changes and contact
We may update this policy. The date at the top reflects the most recent version. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated policy.
